A single letter is never single.
Set on the heart, one character becomes a crest: lover, city, lineage, alter-ego. It is the first stroke of a life, the initial that opens the archive. Not decoration, but designation, the way cartographers marked a coast before the map existed.
This garment is built for inscription as intimacy. The front letter claims the body as a book; the back receives the sentence that only you can finish.
Front: The Letter
An initial, ivy-bold and spare.
It can mean a person or a place, a beginning or a refusal.
It is your heraldry in one glyph.
Back: The Phrase
A line for the witness behind you: a date that altered you, a city that kept your shadow, a vow you have not said aloud.
Enough to be a secret and a sentence.
To collect this piece is to crown a mark and consecrate a memory.
It is not a letter alone, but a vow.
In choosing it, you declare authorship.
In wearing it, you carry literature.
Design & Fit
Back (up to 26 chars): A cipher at the upper back, archival evidence of you. Initials, motto, code, preserved in cloth like scripture.
