Love is our shared hallucination of immortality.

To live is to know that all ends. To love is to conspire against that knowledge,  to build altars of flowers and silence, to stitch names into cloth, to believe that if we remember long enough, the veil will thin.

The Ofrenda capsule is born of this defiance. Black is its field, the shade of mourning and midnight, yet beneath it shimmers a spectral purple, the pulse of an old screen still flickering after the broadcast is gone, the hallucination of light refusing to surrender to dark.

This relic is an offering: part invocation, part illusion. Across its surface runs the inscription, not comfort, but dare: Love is our shared hallucination of immortality. To wear it is to carry the vigil forward, to walk with the living and the gone in the same breath.

It belongs to those who understand that love is not protection from death, but its greatest accomplice — the lie we agree to believe together, so that memory can outlast the silence.
